Writing letters is my latest fascination with my class.  We have written to and from all kinds of objects and creatures. Here is an example. The photo below was used as inspiration for this letter.

Dear Sir

I'm writing to advise you that one of my tyres has gone missing from my car.  Unfortunately it was my favourite one but don't worry it is easily distinguishable.I'm extremely concerned that it has ended up at your tyre dump in India.

I'm wondering if you could possibly go and have a look for it.  It is circular, sooty black, has a huge hole in the middle of it.  On the outer edge it has wrinkly bits.

I would really appreciate your cooperation with this.  I understand you probably have a few tyres to look through but it shouldn't take you too long because of the description I've provided.
