The Seinne is a serpent. It slithers through sandy corridors. It's scally back shimmers in the sunlight. Scared seagulls shreek at its sight. Salty streams stem from it's shelly shores. Selfishly it slides toward the Sorbonne.
In this descriptive piece the children had to "over alliterate". It was fun to see how many s sounded words they could use. I wrote lists for them under verbs, adverbs, adjectives, places in Paris.
